A man who authorities say appeared to be driving while using his laptop computer died Monday when his vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a Hummer. Peoria police asked for help Wednesday in finding a motorist who intentionally rammed another vehicle and pushed it into oncoming traffic because the driver was using his cellphone. The incident occurred about 2:05 p.m. Tuesday while the victim was driving west in the 9400 block of West Northern Avenue, said Mike Tellef, a police spokesman.
